Privacy Policy
This provisional privacy notice explains how Nesobero handles personal data during the early-access phase. It will be reviewed and updated before any commercial launch or material change in data collection practices.
Data Controller
The data controller is Nesobero (provisional designation — to be confirmed before public launch).
Data Collected
Email address, optional use-case description, required early-access consent record and version, optional marketing status and consent evidence when selected, privacy-policy version referenced at the time of consent, route-derived locale preference, and submission timestamps.
Purpose of Processing
Early-access, beta, and service communication is separate from optional marketing. The data listed above is used to manage early-access signups and send early-access or service updates based on the required acknowledgement; optional marketing status and evidence are recorded only when the separate marketing checkbox is selected. No marketing is sent during beta/initial V1.
Data Retention
Records are not automatically erased merely because the early-access programme ends. Periodic review of inactive records is a future manual process. Until that process and the applicable retention details are approved, deletion requests can be made manually.

You may request access to, a copy of, deletion of your personal data, or withdrawal from optional marketing at any time by contacting hello@nesobero.com.
To Be Confirmed Before Public Launch
Details regarding hosting and storage location, sub-processors, and international data handling have not yet been finalized. These details will be confirmed and added to this notice before the service is made publicly available.
Abuse Protection
When the live signup form launches, Cloudflare Turnstile will be used for abuse prevention. The signup Worker does not store or log IP addresses.

This notice will be reviewed before any commercial launch or before any material change is made to how personal data is collected or processed.
